I tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I was just left waiting forever. The replies were really slow, and when someone finally got back to me, it didn’t feel very helpful at all. Frustrating experience overall...

I thought this was a good value overall. Shipping wasn’t exactly super fast, but it wasn’t terrible either, I think it showed up sometime around the middle of the week, maybe Wednesday or Thursday? For the price, I’m happy with it.

I ordered my normal size, but it was a lot tighter than I thought it would be. Especially around the shoulders. The fabric felt fine, nothing amazing, but the fit just made it uncomfortable to wear. Frustrating having to send it back

I found the site outdated. The layout feels messy, kind of cheap, and not very easy to trust. It also gives off that vibe where there might be little policy loopholes they can hide behind if something goes wrong, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating

I ordered from huckandpeck.com and the item itself was actually nice, but I ended up needing a different size. The exchange wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I had to email a couple of times just to figure out what was going on, and the answers I got weren’t always consistent, which made it more frustrating. They did eventually get it sorted out, so I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. I might order again, but I’d be extra careful with sizing next time

I got frustrated trying to use the site. The pages felt slow, the menus weren’t very clear, and I kept having to click around just to find simple things. On my phone, it didn’t feel smooth either, which made it even more annoying. Maybe the products themselves are good, but the website made me feel like it wasn’t worth the effort to keep looking.

I ordered from Huck and Peck i was happy with it when it arrived. The material felt better than I thought it would, and at first I was like, okay, this is actually nicer than expected.

There were a couple of small spots where the edges or finish weren’t totally perfect, which bugged me for a second, but then again, it wasn’t anything major or worth sending back.
Overall, I’d say I’m happy with the purchase. It’s not flawless, although actually for the price, I think it’s a solid buy and I’d probably order from them again...

I ended up getting the wrong items in my order, which was frustrating. I reached out to support hoping they’d help sort it out, but they weren’t very helpful and I didn’t really get a clear fix. Curious if anyone else has had this happen and how you got it resolved.

I ordered a case from Huck and Peck it looked really nice when it first arrived. I wanted to like it. But after just a couple of weeks, the corners started peeling, which was disappointing. They make it sound like you’re getting something durable and worth the price, but that just wasn’t my experience. It’s not the worst case I’ve ever bought, but I definitely expected it to hold up better after what was promised

I was annoyed when this arrived because the box was crushed really badly. Like, it looked like it had been through a lot. But then I opened it up and, weirdly enough, the item itself seemed fine, so I calmed down a bit. Still, the packaging definitely could’ve been handled better.
